GENERAL MANAGER

Jasmin opened the very first Nocino in Tai Hang and has been at the heart of the brand since day one. What started as a single restaurant has grown into a group under her leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

From building the foundation in Tai Hang to now leading the entire Nocino group, Jasmin combines strong operational leadership with genuine care for her team. She embodies the spirit, ambition, and heart that continue to drive Nocino forward.

GROUP SOUS CHEF

As Group Sous Chef at Nocino, Sing helps lead our kitchens with precision, creativity, and a deep respect for seasonal ingredients. Working closely with the Head Chef, they oversee daily operations, mentor the team, and ensure every dish reflects our standards of quality and care.

Calm under pressure and driven by craft, Sing plays a key role in shaping both our menus and our kitchen culture.

SENIOR RESTAURANT MANAGER

Kat began her journey with Nocino in 2024 as a part-time server at our very first branch. Through dedication, warmth, and a natural gift for hospitality, she quickly grew within the team. Today, as Senior Restaurant Manager, she leads with the same care and commitment that marked her very first shift—proving that growth at Nocino is built on heart, hard work, and consistency.

RESTAURANT MANAGER (Kwun tong branch)

Since the opening of Nocino Kwun Tong, Ming has grown incredibly quickly, stepping into her role with confidence, heart, and determination. Her bubbly personality lights up the room and brings warmth to both the team and our guests.

While her cheerful nature is what people notice first, it’s her strong leadership, attention to detail, and natural ability to bring people together that truly define her. Ming proves that positivity and strength go hand in hand.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (Tai hang branch)

Since joining Nocino Tai Hang in December 2023, Sushi has grown immensely in both confidence and leadership. From her early days on the floor to becoming a steady and trusted presence, her journey reflects dedication, heart, and resilience.

She leads with empathy, supports her team wholeheartedly, and continues to grow into her own unique strength at Nocino.
