A cornerstone of Nocino since its early days in Tai Hang (2022), Jasmin has grown alongside the restaurant, evolving from a dedicated team member to the trusted General Manager overseeing all locations. Restaurant Manager (Central Branch)

Kat has been a driving force behind Nocino’s vibrant energy since the early days in Tai Hang and BaseHall. Now leading the team at our Central location, she brings passion, precision, and an unwavering commitment to great service.
